Job Description: Lead Growth Innovator

About Us:
PaddleGuru, LLC was founded in 2012 by three US national team kayakers that were looking for a way to improve the way paddling races were run. Over the last four years, we have developed a race management platform that includes tools for registration, timing, results, and photos in way that aims to socialize the athlete experience. In a few short years, our initial website, PaddleGuru, has served over 1000 races in the greater paddling community. RaceHub is our second generation platform that expands on this vision to support all sports.
Our goal is to provide a one stop shop for managing events and also help increase registrations, sponsor value, and post-race engagement. In addition to serving our race organizers, we care deeply about the athlete experience and have built tools for streamlined signup, athlete profiles, safety check-in, live results, event calendars, photos and more.
