Client Success Manager


RaceHub is looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team! We’re looking for an eager candidate who is excited to join a high-growth startup.

As a Client Success Manager you will work with a hard-working cross-functional event director support team, and engineering team.

  • You have excellent written and spoken English skills.

  • You are obsessed with getting to Inbox Zero

  • You understand and work well in startup culture - be able and willing to take on all sorts of tasks and responsibilities

  • Deliver consistently fantastic support to customers via email, phone or chat

  • Maintain a positive company image during all interactions with the customers

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask

  • Communicate across teams to ensure client needs are met

  • Willingness to work in startup mode and scale with the business

  • Highly flexible and able to work in a fast-paced work place

  • Raw enthusiasm and a strong work ethic

  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail

  • Interest in action sports and technology, a plus

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Google for Work (G Suite)

  • Experience with, Slack, Skype, etc..

  • Contract work with the possibility for full-time at a later date

  • Ability to work remotely with a flexible schedule

  • Working with an awesome, laid back team
